The mainstream media sucks. John Kerry FINALLY agreed to release his military records [LINK]. The records confirm everything Kerry said about his record, and includes several commendations, including some from the very officers who were members of the Swift Boat Veterans for "Truth."

But the mainstream media doesn't mention the fact that Kerry's exemplary military record was confirmed, or even the fact that the Kerry campaign commited a huge blunder by not releasing the records before November. What they ARE focusing on is Kerry's Yale transcript, which was included in the records, and show that Kerry's grades were in fact slighly worse than Bush's.

So, instead of reporting what is important, they focus on a narrow aspect of the records that doesn't really mean anything, specifically ignoring the information that was a major part of the campaign. Many outlets aren't reporting the story at all. Of course, had it been a GOP record that was slandered (like, say, Clinton could have easily and accurately done to Dole), the MSM would be all over the story.
